If the school administration knew about what was going on or had a suspicion, they deserve the sanctions.  However, if the administration was unaware then the sanctions should not be on the entire student body but only the football program.

I am really surprised it took this long for him to do so. The NCAA sanctioned innocent team members and the entire school unfairly. Go Corbett.
