The ban was evidently in violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

I think it is a victory for the constitution of the USA. However, if it is true that President Obama and Hillary Clinton are working to give the United nations control over our gun laws, then our law and our constitution are meaningless as far as the second amendment right.

The right to bear arms is guaranteed in the Constitution. But in today's society, it is not surprising that an out of control court would want to make a decision against the basic rights of American citizens.

Well wonders never cease. Excellent decision.

Today in Illinois Christmas came early for law-abiding gun owners.  It is a victory for gun right advocates and a victory for the Constitution of the United States of America!

As a paralegal, I don’t like to comment on court decisions I have not read... On its face value, it is good to hear that a Federal Court, would strike down any ban relating to our right to carry/own arms.

For once, liberty prevails. Pray for the health of the justices. We cannot allow President Obama to tip that balance.

Maybe the Constitution is making a comeback. If so, thank God!
