One of the 10,000 flaws with ObamaCare and a really big one is that it incentivizes companies to drop their health care - the idea probably is to push us into a single payer system. BO does not want millions of people pushed out all at once - they might vote for Republicans if that happens.

        I think he’s realizing it is not the great “fix” he originally thought it was and is stalling it. Up side is that the Republicans will have longer to work for a better program.

          It looks like this administration realizes the lack of support for this component and is hoping to diffuse resistance with delay tactics. It won't work!! It is wrong now and it will be wrong in 2015!!!!

While many still wish the complexities, cost, and confusion of Obamacare would go away, and real reforms in healthcare costs were never addressed, it is a surprise to no one that the bureaucracy necessary is not prepared. If you can't deliver on time, just delay the most unsavory pieces until after an election. So predictable.
