It is blatantly political on the part of the Administration to move the start of Obamacare to 2015! Congress set the date for implementation by law. Executive Order is NOT the legal way to push Obamacare off into the future. Congress, especially the House of Representatives, should challenge this attempt to ignore the law yet again. Seems they can't remember they control the purse under the Constitution. This is a perfect opportunity to defund the whole thing.
