Is this our government or has there been a rogue take-over/occupation? Is Justice acting like an internal CIA fomenting problems in the population? Such questions cannot help but occur to anyone who knows anything about history and politics.

Gee, if Obama obeys that law, he might signal a willingness to obey other laws. I don't see that happening but it would be a good trend. I have pro-Israel friends who tell me that Israel would be better off if we ended all aid to the region. It's a thought.
