If John Roberts can turn fees into taxes without sending the healthcare bill back to the Congress to start in the House where tax bills have to start, then anyone can do anything they can get away with - it's a jungle out there and no one is playing by any rules anywhere. We the People are partly to blame and our leaders are partly to blame but since we keep the liars and do nothings in office, we are more to blame than they are.
