Yes, Benghazi should be considered since Obama is yet to keep the promise he made to the American people nearly a year ago when he said those individuals would be caught and punished.  I hope someone will remind him of this before he goes off and starts another war. Quite frankly, I am totally embarrassed for our country over the things this president has said and done. In the future I hope he will learn to think clearly before he speaks.
