The NRCC announcement that they were not funding Mark Sanford’s campaign comes as no surprise.  He has proven to be more of a liability to the Republican party than an asset.  Although we know a double standard exists between what the Democrats and the Republicans will tolerate in a politician, Sanford continues to be embroiled in personal issues.  He should be more concerned with getting his personal life in order than attempt to further his political career.
