This is just setting the precedent for activist judges to systematically go after all 30 states whose voters have voted similarly.

The next time you hear a voter tell you that there is no difference between the two major parties and their candidates, and they are tired of voting for the "lesser of two evils", you just remind them of activist judges and their rulings against "We the People".  It does matter who is in the White House appointing!
