Ambassador Bailey had the right idea, realizing that such a marvelous document defined America and made it the envy of the world.  I would hope that our leaders here at home would wake up and do the same instead of whittling away at it, changing it to suit their own ideas.  Why tamper with something that has worked so well in the past?
