Like so much in his administration, there is no "transparency" as promised, but a climate of deceit that seems to envelope everything they have put forth to the American people. And so, the people are "learning as they go along," the harsh realities of what so many voted for and are now waking up to see all of the negatives.  This is one case in point.  Now, the administration is trying to postpone a part of the "ugly" of this bill long enough to get his people elected in the 2014 election.
