Not sure about this one. I was outraged, as many others, when the accusations first surfaced regarding the sexual abuse at Penn State. In my mind, there was so much that was wrong from the beginning. It appeared that this abuse had been allowed to happen by many at the University who should have known better. Not to say, that anyone, other than Sandusky, is responsible completely. There appears to be some negligence, in my mind, on behalf of some at the university. I know that there have been investigations "out the wazoo" but I'm not so certain that most of this punishment is not deserved. I understand the university agreed to most of the punishment. This was a sad and dishonorable end to an outstanding football program and a highly respected football coach. I believe that the Governor may have a tough sell on this one.
