Little late NYT.  I understand they have come off their editorial some and are now downplaying their remarks. I guess the NSA listened in and got a retraction.

Let us not be naive - all political organizations have undertaken phone as well as camera persona involvement - it's who gets caught at this game.

Government expansion and intrusion is eroding the very basic freedoms our country was founded upon. It is almost comical that the liberal media is suddenly "up in arms" at the Regime leader's actions. If they really knew what happens in a totalitarian state then they would realize that a leader like this wants total control of everyone's lives.
