I'm not sure which parts the judge is referring to, but the polygamy laws were required for Utah to become a state.  How is that affected?

Sad day. Not only does the ruling continue to contribute to the erosion of traditional marriage between one man and one woman, this judge also is ignoring the Utah state constitution.

When marriage is NOT defined as One Woman and One Man then the door is open to anything. What's next? I'm afraid to even imagine the consequences.

I guess now every perverted form of "marriage" will be acceptable (at least not unconstitutional)?  Sad day, but predictable.

Nope, they are not free to re-define the basic institution of American (actually ALL) life.  Just like folks whose religion tells them they can stone people or sacrifice their children. (Actually not in America; can't do it here.)  And why is it that every "way out there" religious "freedom" is championed by these folks, but…

Now that marriage has been “undefined” every imaginable union must be permitted or people will say their First Amendment rights are being violated.  This was anticipated by those of us who understand how the left works.

Amazing!  The very thing that Utah had to have in their State Constitution to be recognized and admitted to the United States some liberal Supreme Court Judges declare unconstitutional. What are these guys smoking?
