When someone chooses to bypass procedures, everyone suffers.  They should immediately be terminated (it's not their choice) and the president should face consequences from Congress for not upholding the law.  All decisions made during that time should be set aside and the matter dealt with when people are put in place properly.

Typical of this administration, they think they are above the law!

Last week I thought Obama said he was NOT a dictator.

Obama believes he is above the law and does not believe in the separation of powers. But, so long as we have Republicans in Congress unwilling to take a stand, nothing will be done about this.

They should bow out gracefully and all rulings made revoked....Ruled unconstitutional-there should be no question!!
