I am against universal background checks. These people need to follow the constitution and our second amendment.

I know many strong 2nd Amendment supporters who are for it.  I, on the other hand, see it as yet another way for the government to grab our rights, and keep track of who we are.  Enough is enough!

They are fine but they will not make much difference.  As we have seen just because the person did not purchase the gun doesn't mean they can't get their hands on it.
