Yes,  but they don't help in a lot of races if  they (NRCC) don't think there is a chance to win.

It certainly hurts the campaign but we will just have to work harder for Mark.  We can not let Ms Bush win this seat.  It is a Republican district and must remain so.

The NRCC should be funding this race. Lack of funds may hurt but good SC Republicans are working hard to defeat the liberal and they will!
