The action taken by the IRS doesn't surprise me since the current administration likes to bully those who don't support him.  It's disconcerting.

The IRS has harassed various conservative groups over the years but when the current regime took over they began wielding their power.  This appears to have become relentless with the rise and popularity of Tea Party and 9/12 groups.  Congressional hearings need to be held immediately and these IRS thugs punished to the greatest extent…

I would like to know who gave the order to begin such investigation.  It had to be someone with the authority to do so.  Now, I want to know what other groups are they investigating?  Churches who don't agree with the administration's policies??

In the words of Senator Collins, "chilling."  From  Benghazi to the IRS audits, the Obama administration "passes the buck" when caught.  It appears that higher level officials have no problem throwing  lower level workers under the bus and then claiming to be unaware. Hmmmmm.....I remember when the IRS fired its historian circa 95 or 96, when she discovered papers indicating that JFK had improperly used the IRS to target political enemies. I wonder if all Democrats do this? Davis, a PhD in history, was ordered to destroy these papers. She refused and was fired.
