Really? That is a great way to spend money we do not have!

Perhaps they have no interest in current actual events.  Thus, being spacey their minds can travel far away into distraction.  Hence, they will need a place to vacation.  Instead of a park, lets have an actual space program.

Are you kidding me? Two Democratic Congresswomen says it all. What a waste of time and money.

And just who would be visiting this national park? Lunacy!

Of course they're Democrats. They never met a spending initiative they didn't like. This is the most ludicrous idea I think I've ever heard. Certainly hope it doesn't gain traction.

Who will staff it and what will be the entrance fee? Is this what they mean by a "luney" idea? Some people have too much time on their hands.

Since when did the US take ownership of the moon?  How could our nation establish a national park in a place that is not part of our nation?  Seems like the two representatives concerned should go back to science class.

Seriously?  How about jobs here on earth first? Less than 47% of adults in the USA have full time jobs. A huge part of that is because the economy is tanking with all the big time wasteful spending in DC. Besides......We don't have the money! And we don't need to be borrowing or printing more…

With the economy in a rut, unemployment numbers still poor, our national debt skyrocketing and the cost of our  "entitlement programs" bringing  us closer to another Greece, 2 "brilliant" Democrat Congresswomen want to create a National Park on the Moon!
