Conveniently rescheduled until after the 2014 elections.

While many still wish the complexities, cost, and confusion of Obamacare would go away, and real reforms in healthcare costs were never addressed, it is a surprise to no one that the bureaucracy necessary is not prepared. If you can't deliver on time, just delay the most unsavory pieces until after an election. So predictable.

This is a purely political move, to help Democratic candidates in the 2014 election.  He has obviously been instructed that if people feel the effects of this legislation in their pocketbooks it will not be good for the party.  Of course, with this still looming, delaying it will do nothing to help regain the certainty…
