          Where I come from, it isn't moral to go in debt and that's what the states have been doing. They have also failed to adopt rational rules which encourage people to work rather than reward them for not working. Remind me to tell you about "Insured Capitalism" sometime.

As much as I'd like everyone to have a security blanket financially, that is not the role of government. And paying people who are unemployed places a burden on the taxpayer that will eventually be too much to sustain. Good move by NC.
