Yeah. Great start for economic recovery in Michigan.

Any time the court rules in favor of Right to Work laws over the labor unions, it is a significant victory! Hope other union states will see that the Right to Work states create jobs!

Even FDR, a staunch Democrat, knew there was no place in Government employment for Labor Unions.  What's good for the average citizen is good, and should be the Law for ALL workers.  The Michigan Appeals Court got it right!

It's about time a court gets it right!

This was a great decision and allows all employees the freedom of not being forced to join a union as a requirement for employment, whether they are public or private employees.  The public sector union pension packages and benefits are breaking the budgets of many cities and it is time they understand that the benefits…

Absolutely.  Labor laws apply to all U.S. citizens.  Civil workers should follow state laws, too.  Michigan is in the process of deregulating so that they have a fighting chance to crawl out of their economic malaise.  Let the free market work in the labor market.  Michigan has gone too long without economic freedom.

Michigan is coming to its senses.  I hope it's not too late.

A win for workers and another loss for labor unions! Michigan State employees now get to make their own personal decisions regarding joining a union and won't be forced to choose between a job and paying union dues which are used to support issues and candidates an individual may disagree with!
