Who's in charge? Apparently, nobody.  No wonder this has been such a disaster. There has been no leadership and not much interest in making certain that the plan was even workable.

I guess she doesn't play golf.

I think that this was planned to fail and that we seriously need Congress to step up to the plate with some legal action…….Just saying.
