Any pilot program requires appropriate documentation & appropriate signature execution before beginning - this given example of scanning Fla school children's irises before programmed timing is a serious infraction of the policy rulings - I'm certain severe reprimands and position releases will follow - as well as re-medical exams for school children before pre-program date beginnings.
