Reid is not interested in good government, rather passing an agenda. So what if he uses the option? It works both ways and its use may ultimately give him 5 less toes to dance on!

Anybody heard of "blackmail"?  Reid should remember that at some point he will no longer be in charge and, as we are seeing everyday, payback is hell!
