Smoke and mirrors. In the legal profession there is an adage of "he who accuses first is the innocent party." Holder is not one to let the truth slow him down so he threw the first punch. It's part of his campaign to come out smelling like a rose.

Holder's outburst just shows how much he and Obama hate anyone who exposes their corruption. First, I wonder if it is historic for "a witness" to declare that to the US House Oversight Committee Chairman during a hearing .  Second, this appears to be a consistent strategy of the Obama Administration: "Blame, Distract, Deny Responsibility."

Sounds nothing like the Darrell Issa we Republicans know and have come to appreciate.  Guess it's all perspective.
