I believe this administration is trying to take control of as much ammunition as they can in order to keep it from us private citizens.  I am personally taking action to prepare for this now.  But it is very scary.  WalMart already has a new policy limiting ammunition purchase.

Assuming Homeland Security is refusing to explain, this is now a question for the President to answer and if that fails, for the Congress to find out!

Why does the Dept of Homeland Security need to purchase that much ammo? Maybe they are stockpiling? Should be a law against that for this Department or any other except for the military.........just saying.

I can't begin to even imagine what they would need with all this ammunition. It really is scary! And I wonder how we paid for it!

These rounds cannot be used outside the U.S. (not NATO rnd) so their intention is domestic use. Not training rounds either.

Massive Government purchase of ammo seems intended to deplete supply and raise prices.
