It can be noted that the services being cut are the most noted by the public; it is a bit of pick and choose.

The only things affected by the shutdown are things that will be noticed by the general public, not any of the areas that really could use a diminishment of funding such as the IRS, the Dept of Education, Dept of Justice, etc.

Stopping the Amber Alert says Obama, because it is his call, will do anything to get his way and sway public opinion.  He does not care about Americans.  He has clearly shown that numerous ways.  The Dems don't care about Americans...what difference does it make if a child has cancer?
