I think that this was planned to fail and that we seriously need Congress to step up to the plate with some legal action…….Just saying.

Hagel has obviously forgotten what one of the primary jobs of the Federal Government is and that is to ensure Americans safety and peace. My word to him would be to talk to his buddies (those 800 thousand that were not needed during the shutdown) and give them a pink slip.
