I'm certain she's going to run-especially since she is telling folks it is "okay" to begin organizing. Biden doesn't have a chance-Has run twice before. I think Hillary is in unless some revelation is revealed (truth) about Hillary's Benghazi mistakes-I think she's the runner for the dems who is in the forefront.
