Yes, and I suppose HillaryCare wouldn't have also been designed to usher in the Single-Payer "option" (which, of course, is a misnomer, since when there's only a single payer, there is obviously no option) as well.  But when you're running for office, or when your wife is, you run for the hills to hide from this debacle.  At least during campaign season.
