The Department of Justice needs to get its nose out of telling states what they can or can not do. Governor Jindal is trying to give all parents the opportunity to attend a better school with the voucher program.  I find it difficult to understand why the DOJ and the current administration is against giving inner city school children in Louisiana a chance to attend a better school. Why would they be against educating more children by giving them a chance to get out of a failing school and have a better future.

It is interesting the issues the DOJ decides to take on.  They ignore the black panthers intimidating voters in Pennsylvania in 2008 but are ready to block giving students a brake in Louisiana to attend a better school with a voucher program.
