I am still sorting out the legalities as this is an extremely important issue.  I think Senator Cruz is trying to add an amendment addressing this very issue.  Of course the Democrats will shoot it down.  I think everyone needs to prove their citizenship to be able to vote.  We need a federal program that is workable and enforced.  Of course, this administration is never going to go for that because then they couldn't continue to steal elections.
