As a Social Worker, I recently met with a client, who proudly showed me her "obamaphone."  While this client is elderly, I was surprised to hear her subsequently say that a friend had given her the phone and that she had not qualified for a free or a discounted Obamaphone herself.  Moreover her friend did not even need it in the first place since she already had a cellphone.  Just one very small example of fraud that the American taxpayer is subsidizing.

While the huge expansion of the free or discounted phones during the last few years of Obama Administration probably helped him to win his re-election,  we should be really " thanking" ( and yes, I'm being facetious ), the Clinton and Bush Administrations- the former initiating the free/discounted landlines and the latter for adding mobile phones.
