The George Mason University "Freedom in the 50 States" study & states of NY & CA coming in last re: personal freedom lends me to initially inquire as to the design of the study itself & personal questionnaire design inquiries perhaps posing a statistical non-validating "inquiries design" outcome - however, if all statistical study material was validated & outcome intact then again we seek out to secure validating questionnaire & responses as they direct to the NY & CA population - what could be the substantiating issues with the states of NY & CA indicating that they lack overall freedom compared to the other USA states - were the inquiries designed & presented from USA state centered language proposition - in essence being skewed for general USA state to state presentation? - and in turn being misinterpreted by across the board USA state map populations - the study questions could have been so inculcated in socio-population concentrated language that it caused respondees to not be able to respond accordingly - other than the usual "none of the above" question/answer response - which deletes the required number of responses in order to validate study outcome.
