I suspect all of the Russian mob money is already gone.  I am sure they were clued in to what was being discussed before it became public knowledge. So the people who try to withdraw money will be the middle classes, and they will not be able to withdraw all of their money.  I will be surprised if there are not a lot of riots breaking out everywhere.  Even here in America, if there was a run on the banks, people would quickly find out that the banks only have about 10% of all of the money supposedly “deposited” with them.  This is the Federal Reserve System.  I have over 30 years in the banking, mortgage, housing, and title insurance industries.  For over twenty five years I have been explaining to people that it is not our president who runs our country, the chairman of the Federal Reserve does.  He who controls the money and the interest rates is in charge.  It is a Ponzi scheme, and the house of cards is preparing to crumble.
