Finally, a voice of reason!  The law was ridiculous and needed to be shot down.  I just can't believe they're going to try to appeal.  Bloomberg ought to be trying to get to the root of the problem instead of legislating laws that hurt business and restrict our freedoms.  He should try removing some people off of food stamps or at the very least restrict where and what they are allowed to buy with them.  He also needs to put awareness on the fact that children are getting fat because they sit in front of the TV or their video games instead of playing physical games.
