I am indeed surprised, as I see this as a viable and effective work solution for women.  But, of course, only for that woman who determines to MAKE it viable and effective.  My guess is that this is one CEO who ran across to many women in her company who did not.  I see the bottom line as the main concern for a company.  If the bottom line was affected, then she made the right decision for that particular company.  Any woman who really wants/needs a work-at-home-solution may find this company is not such a solution for her.
