They are either trying to buy up the national inventory so Americans can't, or they have plans for it.  What those plans may be could be considered by some as "conspiracy theories".  However, why would in the past three weeks, there be Blackhawks, FBI, CIA as well as local police taking over cities like Miami and San Antonio, claiming to be doing "training exercises"?  As a matter of fact, these "training exercises" are scheduled to start in one of our own SC cities in the next week or so.
