The bold proposal to amend the Texas state Constitution to allow the state to return excess tax revenue to the taxpayers is a win-win for the people of Texas! Governor Perry has a great understanding regarding who the extra tax revenue truly belongs to!  The people of Texas should be very proud, and I am sure they are, of the job Governor Perry has done guarding their tax dollars. It is in part because of his leadership that Texas has such a strong economic outlook.

It is refreshing to see an elected official “giving back” to the people, rather than the “taking” we are seeing at the national level. Finally, someone who will refrain from spend, spend, spend!
