Immigration Reform Issues:
1) A path to citizenship for illegal immigrants already USA established - much is to be said relevant to the control factors re: Border Security & VISA tracking - this is of extreme critical nature -re: citizenry guideline coverage - certain organizations oversee similar to amensty programming wherein appropriate documentation has been reviewed & accepted with immediate job employment placement & medical benefits & housing residency - their internal legal depts continued to follow the citizenry processes.
2) Advanced degree holders & further openings re: USA employment placement - this immigration area has always been under control % entrance - now permitting a higher % of the specialized degree immigration individuals USA entrance status would be a given - again within only critical development job placements.
3) E-verify has qualified for employers re: checking in illegal immigrants & job employment placement status - should we follow thru w/a similar E-verify system for those employers who run the risk of hiring illegal immigrants & being USA fined to the extent of business closure - the businesses/organizations that hire the processed legal immigrants have a USA govt'l credit allowance to their organizational name - there must be a definite planning verification, ie local/regional sites check-up outreach, ie manpower with technology - this organization structure outreach can easily be manned vis-a-vis the local/regional established governing bodies when checking upon listed & established businesses .
4) It is apparent from our ongoing years re: majority of immigrants within the colored entrant faction, ie browns & yellows coming into the USA w/o USA American English & degrees that continued lower-skilled job openings are & continued to be a valid option for immediate USA employment, ie available quick on-the-job training and/or certificate programs - and re:opening agricultural jobs is another questioned arena - these agricultural jobs are mostly transitional, ie apple & berry picking - if the jobs are local/regional & the business landscape owners have agreed to train & employ, then what we have seen is mostly a day to day contracted employment, ie $100 per day but with employee self and/or govt'l medical assistance coverage - a very good & solid starting point for the eligible immigrants to later on move into self-business endeavors - another again is the continued educational aspect for immigrants given the social stratification leveling years as a must since it allows socio-economic-status growth - the positive gains for the USA population.
