I would think that the Governor would have more important things and to devote time to other issues than a matter that was agreed upon between Penn State and NCAA. It seems to be a lawsuit to target the NCAA's ability to impose such strong sanctions, but what actions did Penn State take to protect these boys? Whose responsibility was it? What school officials were held accountable? College sports has become more about the financial gain than about the students. I believe the entire football program should have been suspended and not just sanctioned and penalized since it appeared that this crime was swept under the rug to protect the program from harm when it was revealed. If the issue had been dealt with when it was exposed, and everyone involved had done what was right for the students, then all of this could have been avoided.
