If he didn't want to go to Camp David, Chicago would have been a better choice.  Why charge taxpayers millions in expensive travel arrangements when Michelle, kids and Grandma are from Chicago, not Hawaii?

Most past presidents spent Christmas at Camp David so as to not disrupt the lives of the Secret Service and their families.
