The thought that John Kerry might be our next Secretary of State is frightening!  He is one of the leading Democrat "doves"!  His antiwar activism after Vietnam and the fact he was opposed to the first Gulf War and 2007 Iraq  troop surge shows he will probably be in favor of leading from behind, just like President Obama.    The Obama foreign policy has been a very weak one and I think this has diminished America as a world leader .  If  John Kerry is appointed and confirmed as Secretary of State, I fear our  place as a world leader will continue to diminish.
