USC knows about sexual issues. They have been using student registration fees for a condom fashion show. USC-Upstate has instituted mandatory pro-gay curriculum complete with activities. The Reagan slam seems a natural progression since he advocated functional families. If "a city on a hill" is pessimistic, just how dark is the world of USC? Can anybody say AUDIT?????
