Unfortunately, the reaction of the press in regards to that so called GW Bridge scandal is so typical of the media. There is and has been for too long a blatant double standard from the media and press! Not only is the press spending all their time and energy keeping this incident alive, but the Obama Administration quickly leaked to the media that the US Attorney would be investigating the lane closures. Mr. Holder seems to like to investigate political opponents!
Compare the press reaction and the attention give to his situation versus the IRS scandal or even worse Benghazi ! The Administration refuses to provide information about the IRS Scandal to congress, are still dragging their feet and the media goes along with whatever Obama tells them. An even worst example is Benghazi where 4 brave Americans were killed has been pushed under the rug by most of the media and with this scandal the administration has not interest or concern to find out the real truth of why nothing was done to try to save the lives of 4 Americans.
I guess the current administration cares more about what caused a traffic jam than finding out the truth about the killing of four brave Americans who were working on foreign soil helping to keep Americans safe!
What a coincidence that just a week ago a poll came out showing Governor Christie was leading Hillary Clinton for President with 45% to 40% of the votes. Gee I don't think Eric Holder would have decided to investigate this situation became Governor Christie might be a very viable political opponent?
I grew up in New Jersey not far from the GW Bridge; there are always horrible traffic jams on and getting to the Bridge. It's just part of living in New Jersey!
