We have chili and guacamole for our Christmas dinner each year, our daughter Stephanie loves it and really gets upset if we try to do anything else - she is 40 this year, but an eternal child at Christmas!!  We vary what else we make but that is our tradition, BJ grew up in Corpus Christi, TX.
