I'm still reeling over the fact that SCOTUS declared Obamacare constitutional BECAUSE it's a TAX when it only passed because POTUS and its supporters insisted it WASN'T a tax.  So I'm still waiting for this "tax" to be passed AS a tax before I can see it as legitimate legislation at all.  But I'm not as learned as those who sit on the Supreme Court bench.  But I do wish they would get off the bench and run for Congress if they really want to be in the law-making business.
