Ben Carson & John Kasich visit Spartanburg before the county's Republican Party convention held on April 18th. Ahead of the convention, Ben Carson will be speaking at Bridging the Gap on April 16th at Spartanburg Community College. Ohio Gov. Kasich will be at the Marriott on the 17th. "They're building their bases, their foundations", said Karen Floyd.
