What would have been entirely appropriate in our dealings with Iran would have been to continue to exert pressure through sanctions. The sanctions were working and forcing them to the bargaining table. We had the upper hand. Now that we have lifted these sanctions and released billions of dollars to Iran, they can continue to advance their efforts to promote terrorism; sponsoring the war in Syria with weapons and money, and promoting attacks against the Sunnis in Iraq. The weapons that were intercepted were to be delivered into the hands of the Palestinian guerrillas in Gaza to be used against Israel. Iran is a fundamental Islamic state bent on spreading Islam across the globe and committed to the destruction of Israel. They are playing this administration and we had better wake up and realize it before it is too late. A nuclear Iran is a threat to the entire world.
